Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Here is what you can expect:

• Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days (this applies to the vast majority of orders — over 90% of our customers receive their parcels within this window)
• Remote Areas: In rare cases, delivery to certain remote areas within the UAE may take up to 5–7 business days

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping on all orders over د.إ 150
• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below د.إ 150 — the exact amount will be shown at checkout

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Friday after 3pm or on Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
